I’m ridiculously excited to help you to create a great looking brand, to find creative ways to reach your customers and most importantly to help you succeed. Below is my stuffy bio full of various accomplishments and helpful facts when you’re considering hiring the UC team to help you look good!
Emily Milling is a marketer, graphic designer, web designer + developer, filmmaker, composer, producer, audio designer, musician, performer, and most recently a film programmer in Toronto.
Her expertise in marketing stems from a brief stint starting a cake design business ten years ago, when she realized that making websites, logos and branding was more fun than making cakes.
After receiving her diploma for Baking and Pastry Arts Management at George Brown College, she worked in hospitality for a year out west, then returned to Ontario to complete a post-graduate program at Algonquin College in Event Management.
Using the project management skills she acquired at Algonquin, Emily moved back to Toronto and began working on indie films while working full-time at an association management agency, Funnel Communications.
She levelled up her skills in graphic and web design, and brought that with her to her role at ventureLAB, working closely with Rachel Azagury to develop the voice, tone and culture of the organization. While at ventureLAB Emily produced and composed the music for Impossible Horror, a feature length film currently on the film-fest circuit.
Emily started The Ultimate Creative as a way to expand on her desire to never just do one thing, and one thing only. She loves a challenge, loves new projects and still loves cake. Eating it, anyway.
Rachel Azagury is an executive consultant with over 15 years experience, helping small businesses to reach their potential, through marketing, business leadership and internal culture shifts. If you’re starting a business, Rachel is the person you want to talk to.
A graduate of Algonquin College’s Television Broadcasting program, Justin Decloux is a videographer and writer. Over the last ten years he has brought two feature films to life, and endless shorts and promo videos. His technical knowledge of videography and editing allow him to adapt to different types of film and video production quickly, making him an expert in efficient filmmaking.
Michelle Ellins is a fantastic photographer with 10+ years of experience. Her expertise in photography stems from a passion for capturing first moments. From engagements to babies to major career moves, Michelle will make your memories last.
